Becoming a member

the steps for becoming a member

1. Contact us

Get in touch via the "Contact" form or our Facebook page to express your interest in becoming a member or coming along to one of our groups.

2. Arrange an Introductory meeting

Once we're in contact, we'll arrange an introductory face-to-face meeting to see if ASH is a good fit for you and your needs.

3. See the premises

During this introductory  meeting you will meet staff, as well as discussing if ASH is suitable for your needs. You can ask any questions you may have, and you can bring a friend or parent along with you for support (if you want to).

4. Decide if you want to join

Once you've met us and seen our premises, you can decide if you think ASH will be a good fit for you or not.

You may have more questions, which we will be happy to answer.

If you decide to join, we will have you fill out a confidential details form, before you can attend the group.

5. Come along to group

Now you can attend the group!
