 At ASH we are committed to dealing with complaints fairly, promptly, and confidentially. 

How to make a complaint

You may make a complaint using one of the following methods:


Complaints about a member of staff

Please contact the Board of Trustees by email at:

board@ash-a.orgt.uk


Complaints about the Board of Trustees or the charity 

Please contact one of our staff members:

If you do not feel it is appropriate to raise your complaint with either our staff or the Board of Trustees you may contact the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR). Information on how to make a complaint can be found on the OSCR website at: https://www.oscr.org.uk/

RESOLUTION TIMELINE

We aim to respond to all complaints within 7 working days of receiving them. If your complaint is more complex and requires additional time to investigate, we will keep you informed of our progress.


All complaints will be handled fairly, confidentially, and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may request that your complaint be reviewed or, where appropriate, contact the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR).
